A mural is being unveiled in the underpass of Stockport train station to mark the singer’s life, work, and connection to the town.

It follows the tragic death of Sarah in September 2021, just over a year after she announced she had been diagnosed with advanced breast cancer.

The artwork was hand painted by Vivian Lally Art, and the unveiling is scheduled for Sunday 22nd November, a few days before Sarah’s birthday.

Tickets for the event are limited due to space, with all proceeds due to go to Sarah’s Breast Cancer Appeal Fund at The Christie Charity.

Pete Waterman, a producer who worked with Harding, will also speak at the event.

More information can be found here, while tickets are available on Skiddle.
